It is hard to get quality rubies, very rare to get good quality. This Ruby is from the Famous Jegdalek mine in Afghanistan which is prized for its mysterious high quality rubies.

This ruby has beautiful appearance, pinkish, slightly purplish, red ruby. Fully natural no glass no dye, 100% natural, unheated, cut by our in house lapidary.

Clarity is transparent to semi transparent, silk inclusions making the ruby have this velvety glow.

Beautiful for any collector or investor, gemstone lover. In the future the mines will run out and even this type of quality today is hard to find.

Natural and led lighting used, some pictures have been taken with macro lens. Color may vary depending on your screen, the pictures do not do justice to this amazing ruby, more beautiful in real, some photos have been color corrected (the stronger red pictures are taken in incandescent and evening lightnings, with more pink in day light/ but it depends on the angle u see the ruby, in some angles it looks more red in some more pink with red and slight purple, the videos have not been color corrected. In some lighting this ruby has a blood red appearance (evenings/ incandescent/ inside lights) in some lights more reddish purple, and outside sun light it appears more purplish/ reddish/ more pink. The dominant hues is pink in sunlight, with hints of red and purple, but in incandescent or inside light as said before the dominant hue is red from a far, and closer its stronger pink with red in it. It is a ruby but I have described the color as what I am seeing as the pictures are hard to show the actual color. nonetheless a beautiful ruby.
