BASIC COPPER SILICATE WITH MICRO-CRYSALLINE QUARTZ
In august 1997 an occourence of chrysocolla with quartz was discovered on the 1900 bench of ball park area at the Asarco ray mine, copper and silica dissolved in ground water trickling through copper bearing rock formed crysocolla stalactites covered with quartz in a cavity or crack in the rocks
