One rare colour change garnet, which is a pear cut faceted gemstone measuring 8.44mm x 6.26mm x 4.27mm and weighs approximately 1.48 carats in total. The garnet changes colour from pink-red under natural light to orange red under tungsten light. The gem is clear of inclusions except for an inclusion on the girdle which can easily be hidden during setting with either a claw/prong or bezel. The price has been discounted appropriately. The rough gemstone has been sourced from Tanzania.
