Beautiful masterfully cut clean gem tourmaline. Love the color! Love the cut on this style tourmaline! The center of the stone has a bluish green color while the side of the stone are more pure green. You get this style cut when you see blue green sticks of tourmaline which look greenish looking down the length as if looking through a tube.
Extremely popular style of tourmaline with the two colors. I've seen stones sell in excess of $1000/ct in this color combo coming out of Namibia,
This is Congo tourmaline. I've recently heard of what is being called neon titanium tourmaline priced at $1000/ct and up. You can read about it on price scope and GIA. This is possibly the material they are talking about.
