Shipping via first-class registered airmail through Thailand Post.
Registered airmail requires a signature on delivery.
Estimated delivery time, 12-28 business days.
Track your package using the Thailand Post website.

• OPTION 2: Express Shipping  via EMS

EMS requires a signature on delivery.
Estimated delivery time, 5-10 business days.
Track your package using the Thailand Post website.

• OPTION 3: FedEx (Express Shipping)

FedEx requires a signature on delivery.
Estimated delivery time, 5 business days.
Track your order online with FedEx.

Any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. All delivery times are estimates given by the mail service provider. RETURN POLICY

The Gem Portal offers a 7-day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. We guarantee a full refund of the price of the gemstone(s) purchased during this 7-day inspection period. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. The buyer will be refunded once we have received the item(s) to be returned.
