High quality stone from a parcel of stones that were pink to bi colored pink to green.  Purchased from gem market in Namak Mandi in Peshawar Northern Pakistan.  Namak Mandi was an old salt market 2000 years ago.  It is one of the major gem hubs in the world.  This stone has what they call color zoning.  Tourmaline commonly has this in crystals and cut stones.  So feel good your getting a natural stone with something that proves it!  A very attractive pink tone that gets ligher in saturation towards one end of the stone.  I like it and think it adds to the flavor of this particular stone.  In sapphires and most other stones it takes away from the stone but with tourmaline it sometimes adds to it.  I'll take away from the price for those who don't agree so if you do agree here is the stone for you.  Natural untreated cut in Peshawar, not touched by the commercial gem dealers of the world.  These are the stones for the healers.  They are said to posses good energy because very few hands have touched them.  I love them so no negitive energy was ever near them.  Just sitting around all these stones makes me happy.  Knowing I'm offering them at much lower prices than anyone else also makes me happy.  You can be happy too now that you found me.  My Girl friend says she so happy that she found me.  I'm happy she found me too!  2010 will be 10 years for us.  I couldn't be happier but it can't be the gemstones can it.  I never really believed in that stuff.  I live in the country on the water, 4000 people in Hampton my town and everything is green.  I never water the garden.  Global warming has been good for us here.  I took geology in university and made a good living after I grew up loving to search for rocks.  I've always been a rock hound.  Have three old tumbler polishers and a vibrator polisher.  Can cut cabs and free form polish.  I do what I love and I can't be more happy.  I hope you can enjoy my gems as much as I do.
