Natural Pinkish Ruby Crystal standing upright on a calcite matrix, forming an exquisite display specimen. The main ruby crystal which is about 47mm long is well-terminated, lusterous with natural striations and is accompanied by smaller ruby crystals perched near its termination. At the base of the ruby, green zoisite is present, surrounding the crystal where it meets the matrix. The calcite matrix also contains muscovite, enhancing the specimen’s overall aesthetic and mineral diversity.
Origin: Hunza Valley, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan
