Certification

All items are eligible for professional certification upon request. Clients requiring certification must contact us to arrange this service prior to completing their purchase.

Fees

No additional handling charges will be applied for orders containing multiple items.

Payment Terms

· Accepted Methods: Payment shall be processed exclusively via PayPal.

· Payment Deadline: Full payment is due and payable within three (3) calendar days following the auction's conclusion.

· Combined Invoices: For winners of multiple auctions, a consolidated invoice must be requested prior to remitting payment.

Shipping & Delivery

· Standard Service: We provide economy shipping to all international destinations.

· Delivery Timeline: Please allow approximately twenty-one (21) business days for delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

· Expedited Service: Expedited shipping options may be available upon request and at the purchaser's additional expense.

Shipment Processing

Orders will be dispatched within one (1) business day following the confirmation of full payment.

Loss or Damage in Transit

While we ensure all items are packaged securely and dispatched promptly, the risk of loss or damage during transit is assumed by the carrier. In such events, we will fully cooperate with the carrier to facilitate the claims process on the buyer's behalf.

Customs and Import Duties

The purchaser is solely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. The seller assumes no liability for delays in delivery or seizures resulting from customs procedures. Buyers are advised to inform us of any specific customs documentation required by their country of residence.
