Update: If you noticed the price of this gem jump lately, that is because it was mistakenly far below the market price for this material.
Wow, look at this sunset palette! We were lucky to get this rough because we know the mine owner. This is a new find in Malawi, and there aren't tourmalines of this color from any other source right now. Original hexagon design that shows some bright orange depending on the viewing angle.
Grading is done per Gemworld International's grading system. The overall quality grade determines the wholesale value of the stone.
