A large 2.75 inch Mosasaur fossil tooth with complete root base, from a powerful marine reptile that lived during the Late Cretaceous period (approx. 110 million years ago). Mosasaurs were dominant ocean predators of their time.

This specimen originates from the Oulad Abdoun Basin near Khouribga, Morocco, a world-famous phosphate mining region where fossils are recovered as a byproduct of mining operations, preserving them from industrial destruction.

This example displays a well-preserved rooted tooth structure still embedded in matrix, making it a strong display piece for collectors.
