Next, simply take the product, in its original packaging and send it back to us. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if Best Brilliance made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from Best Brilliance’ offices.Receiving a refund on purchased items:The returned product must be received back in our offices within 14 days from date of purchase.
