Description: Faceted moldavite gemstone.

Comments: This is a beautifully faceted piece of Moldavite containing many gas bubbles from it's formation 15 million years ago. These bubbles were trapped in the hot silica as the pieces were cooled when blasted up into the stratosphere after the meteorite impact. This piece will make a great ring or pendant. Photos & Videos: taken under natural lighting conditions in our office (sun and shade). No lights, filters, photoshop or enhancements of any kind have been used. What you see is what you get. I've added some photos with a gem torch (flashlight) so you can see inside the stone.
