· USA: Free if the order value is minimum $1,000 or minimum items in the order is 15.

Orders are typically shipped within two business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that USA national holidays observed on weekdays do not count as business days.

Transit times may vary due to customs procedures in your country, high-volume periods (e.g., Christmas), postal strikes, natural or man-made disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

A tracking number indicates that the items are registered in the postal system, typically requiring a physical signature upon delivery. As such, we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to P.O. Box addresses unless explicitly agreed upon. We highly recommend providing a street address to ensure safe and timely delivery. Expedited shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.

Claims for missing or damaged items during transit must be submitted within two business days of receiving the merchandise.

We are not liable for any loss incurred for items shipped to a third-party logistics or consolidation company used by the buyer

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of the purchase date or the delivery date. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may choose to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund for the purchase amount.

The buyer must include the original certificate (if there is any) in the return shipment. If the buyer fails to do so, $150 recertification fee will be deducted from the refund. Duplicate certificates or new certificates obtained by the buyer will not be accepted with the return.

Refunds for returned items will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all packing materials, certificates, warranty cards, and accessories.

We is not responsible for any personal items left or included with returned merchandise.

We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any item bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the item only.

We will not accept any return item that shows tamper or misuse. Refund will be released only after verifying the authenticity.
