描述

This is another large grossular garnet with the characteristic "sugar" or as I call them "snow" inclusions. The inclusions are small crystals spread throughout the stone. Parts of the rough stone had large swaths with so many crystals as to impede the flow of light. These were cut out of the stone leaving the resultant trillion. Very nice deep yellow color in this stone, the small crystal inclusions add interest, and also serve to prove it is a natural stone. A photo of the rough before cutting is included in the photos.
