A wonderful example of a mixed mineral specimen from the Madan ore field in Bulgaria consisting of well formed golden Pyrite cubes that have a great shiny luster along with terminated Quartz crystals and Chlorite. Specimen is interesting under magnification as there are numerous features to explore. Spot and view the iridescent Pyrite cubes with rainbow colors, the micro Qurtx crystals along with the Chlorite, some amorphous Sphalerite also present. Although crystals are obvious to the naked eye, specimen requires magnification in order to fully enjoy the range of interesting structures and rainbow colors on the Pyrite cubes.
