Nice reflective cutting in this stone. Stone is not eye clean but still very beautiful. The photos are magnified so the inclusions are easily visible but the beauty is still very present. I love the color of this one. Bargain priced and well cut. I purchased this as rough in Kenya and had it cut in Sri Lanka.

Natural untreated stone. Garnet is rated good for everyday wear. It has a hardness of 7.5 and you should clean with a soft toothbrush and soapy water. Ultrasonic units are OK for garnets.

Kenya, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, India, Afghanistan and Brazil are all known sources for Tsavorite. Kenyan sources being the most favored.

All stones listed at trade which is 1/2 wholesale. Certified stone prices are at retail which is considered fair market value by jewelers.
