Although we are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise, we urge you to inspect and check your purchased items upon delivery.

To return your product, you must first contact us within 3 days and let us know of your intentions in order to qualify for a refund. Next, simply take the product, in its original packaging and send it back to us. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if Best Brilliance made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from Best Brilliance’ offices.Receiving a refund on purchased items:The returned product must be received back in our offices within 14 days from date of purchase.
