Nice brilliant reflection in this stone. Reflection in a faceted stone is directly related to the cutting quality. This one looks more like the video for true color representation. The photos look more pinkish padparadscha like than to my naked eye. There are some inclusions in the mid to lower pavilion present. Looking at the magnified video I'm not sure I see anything for inclusions until the stone is rotated. Very pretty color! I reduced the price to account for the inclusions present.
This is from Luc Yen Vietnam. This deposit is in the same marble deposit that occurs in Myanmar Burma. Luc Yen is only around 750 kms from the Man Sin deposit where the Jedi spinel came from. I see a some calling dim burgundy red spinel Jedi which couldn't be further from the truth. This is gorgeous looking spinel but it's not jedi it's just vivid red. Jedi has a pinkish red glow. This one is more like fine ruby.
Luc Yen stones do not get treated. No heat on the Luc Yen spinel. Spinel do not respond to treatments like sapphire. So rest assured this stone is 100% natural and untreated.
Mined from under the rice fields in the alluvial gravels in the shallow valley near the original marble deposit. Rubies and sapphire are also associated with this deposit similar to the Burma deposit. I'm was a geologist before I became a gem enthusiast/gemologist. My business plan is to bring the better quality gemstones to my customers at a better more fair price.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
