High quality stone from Paprock Afghanistan. Purchased from gem market in Namak Mandi in Peshawar Northern Pakistan. Namak Mandi was an old salt market 2000 years ago. It is one of the major gem hubs in the world.
Gem clean. Completely eye clean stone upon close inspection. Stone is very slightly more pink on one end than the other, hard to see except for the well trained eye. This is common in unheated gemstones. Heating gems tend to mix the colors and take out grown structures commonly seen inside gem crystals.
Priced very reasonably at $220.
