FAIRY OPAL ROUGH It is precious opal embedded in the natural sandstone mined in Queensland Australia .Only by treating it does it become like black opal.This treatment is permanent and goes all through the stone. You can polish as a natural stone or coat it with resin to get a better finish .We have taken the photo with the stone wet. The weight and size is app
Note Some of the stones will have black texta colour marking as these were going to be sent away for cutting-its only a guide to the stone and it comes off easily.
