In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your winnings and/or purchases, just return it within seven days of receipt and we will refund the full amount of purchase, no questions asked, if the piece you bought is returned in the condition as it was sent.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick up the item. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
