Returns NOT accepted when: 1. client changes their mind. 2. requesting return due to a described flaw or imperfection detailed in the description, photographs/video. 3. requesting return based on opinion without sufficient proof.

All items are packed to survive the roughest journey. We DO NOT accept returns if the item has been damaged in any way, including damage from re-cutting or setting and anything that alters it’s weight or appearance from the state it was originally shipped in.
