2. DHL Express or FedEx Worldwide

If your delivery address is outside the normal DHL or FedEx service area, additional shipping charges may apply, and the buyer must pay the extra cost.

COMBINED SHIPPING

1. Buyers may combine multiple purchases within 3 days from the first purchase.

2. Only one shipping fee will be charged for combined orders.

3. No extra shipping fee will be added for additional items within this period.

TERMS OF SALE

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

   • Returns are accepted for exchange only.

   • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

   • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. No Cancellations

   • We do not accept cancellations due to change of mind after purchase or auction win.

   • Buyers are fully responsible for all purchases made under their account.

Registered Mail vs DHL / FedEx

1. We strongly recommend DHL or FedEx for gemstones and jewelry. These services are safer and more reliable.

2. If you choose Registered Mail, the buyer accepts full responsibility for:

   • Delivery delays

   • Tracking issues

   • Parcel loss or damage

3. Our responsibility for Registered Mail ends once the parcel is handed to the local post office.
   Tracking may be limited and may only update after the parcel arrives in the destination country.

4. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of parcels sent by Registered Mail.

5. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
