The Gem Portal offers a 7 day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. We guarantee a full refund of the price of the gemstone(s) purchased during this 7 day inspection period. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. The buyer will be refunded once we have received the item(s) to be returned.
