The certificate fee will be charged to the buyer depending on the lab without any mark up on top. 

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please pay within 3 days of auction closing. Combine As many items as you want during the 3 days period and pay one time for all combined items.

1. Standard Shipping via Thailand Post. US$7.99 via first-class registered airmail, 14-28 business days.Trackable Thailand Post website.

2. DHL Global Mail, US$8.99, 14-28 business days. Trackable

3. Federal Express(Fedex), US$34.99, 3-5 days, trackable on Fedex website.

Note: All items are securely packed and sealed. We will send you the tracking number as soon as the item(s) is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays by the shipping companies. Currently, delivery times may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions.

 IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
We do not have any control over duties and taxes in the buyers respective country. Therefore, any import duties, other duties and taxes if any are the responsibility of the buyer.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7 day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. If you are not satisfied, you may notify us and ship us back the gemstone(s) within the 7 day inspection period, with a proof of shipment. Once received by us, we guarantee a full refund of the price paid for the gemstone(s) (excluding shipping charges). Please note that the buyer is also responsible for return shipping expenses.
