We ship within 2 days after receiving cleared payments. For worldwide shipping, please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, estimated delivery in some countries is greater than 9 business days even with Express Service.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply after the items have left the United States. Putigems cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and unpredictable shipping interference.  

Returns Policy:

Buyers must contact us within 5 days after delivery if requesting a return. The buyer is also responsible for all the return shipping costs. If items are not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the returns.
