Slightly curved base to stone.
Morganite’s subtle colour is caused by traces of manganese. Strong colour in morganite is rare, and gems usually have to be large to achieve the finest colour. Deposits are found in Afghanistan, Brazil, China, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe and the USA Morganite was named after J.P. Morgan, one of the greatest financiers in history.
