Purple Garnet is a rare hybrid garnet found in East Africa. The finest material, from Mozambique, has an amazing vivid purple hue with red flashes.
Purple Garnet also has a trade name “Umbalite” Garnet are recent new gemstones found in Mozambique and Tanzania. They are all natural and untreated. Umbalite garnet are one of the most sort after gemstones in the recent years.
Umbalite are part of the Garnet Stone family which has a wide range of colors ranging from green to orange. Purple Garnet is one of the latest edition to the garnet family founded in the last decade.
