NeutroHi, so luckily I was able to collect it from the post office because they keep International parcels longer. For some reason it didn't show up in my app, so I didn't know it was here.

Hello, I am glad you have finally received the citrine. I noticed it was waiting for collection but there was no information about where it was to be collected. Sometimes the tracking is not very accurate. Regards Phil
