Returns are accepted exclusive of the shipping and handling fees up to 14 days after receiving the item. For certified items sealed in a Plastic Display BOX, the box must be UNOPENED.

Usually, we ship the item within 2 working days after the purchase. All the import customs fees and duties in the delivery country are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer only Express Shipping: Expedited Shipping with a courier. Domestic Delivery within 1-2 working days. Tracking number will be provided as well. International Delivery within 3-7 working days.
You can combine Winning Items in one package within 7 days from the first winning Item to save shipping costs. Please do not make immediate payment on the item if you want to combine 2 or more Gemstones. Single payments paid with shipping fee will be shipped immediately.
