Our gems are directly sourced from mines.

Most important to provide best quality gemstones but with responsible price to our buyers. Most of our gemstones are certified but very few are not. In case, we receive an offer on a gemstone with no certificate. We can make on customer’s demand.

• Payment Policy

  - We accept PayPal for more secure payments.

  - Payments must be clear within 3 to 4 Days after item closed. Otherwise, we will cancel your order and Re-list Items.

  - If you are not able to Pay in given time for any reason Or emergency and need sometime, I suggest to UPDATE US.

• Shipping

  • Your items will be shipped via registered mail. Standard Shipping Or FedEx, Max 3 Items are allowed for Bulk/Collective Shipment.

  • Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days after receiving payment ( Mostly 1 working Day ).

  • Shipments will be done to the address provided on Gemrock Auctions payment checkout or you can drop your accurate address in private chat. Otherwise we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

• Refund

  When you receive your item and you find any issue or not satisfied. Kindly reach us out ASAP within 3Days for exchange, replace or refund full payment. Send us back within 7Days. Vice versa, if you like and satisfied with our service and gemstones. We would love to hear you back and appreciate your feedback.
