Garnets can be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, black, pink and clear/colorless. The rarest colour is the blue garnet which was discovered in Madagascar in the 1990’s. As abrasive the garnet sand is used for sand blasting, mixed with high pressure it can be used for cutting steel and other products.

Received emerald differs from listing: a large white window/stain was not visible in photos. Seller was mostly unresponsive, then offered return only. Returning causes losses due to customs, credit card and FX fees. Item is significantly not as described.
