IGI Certified Rare Colour Change Untreated Australia Sapphire Gemstone.
1.10 Carat sapphire with a rare colour change effect. Changing colour depending on the light its viewed in. Very rare for natural gemstones, especially Sapphires.
Changes colour from a deep green blue in white daylight to a purple yellow in incandescent or artificial light. Very rare and stunning to see.
Fully certified and sealed by IGI confirming stone as natural, rare Australian origin and with colour change effect.
Totally untreated and unheated, very rare for natural sapphires.
Has excellent clarity, a clean stone with only some small natural inclusions visible when looking closely. Also has an excellent oval cut and ideal polish to show great shine and colour, would look lovely in a piece of high end jewellery.
Gemstones displayed in the blister seal like this are very hard to photograph, some lines and reflections are shown that are not features of the gemstones clarity.

- Distinction grade in gemmology with the Gemmological association of Great Britain (Gem-A)
- Accredited jewellery professional (AJP) with the Gemmological institute of America (GIA)
- Fellow of the Gemmological association of Great Britain (FGA)
