Väyrynenite is a rare pink to reddish phosphate mineral with the formula MnBe(PO4)(OH). It forms in beryllium-rich pegmatites and is prized for its transparent, gem-quality crystals. Named after Finnish mineralogist Heikki Väyrynen, it is mostly found in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Finland. It has a vitreous luster, Mohs hardness of 5–6, and is a collector's mineral due to its rarity.
