Rare Untreated Colour Change Sapphire Gemstone.

2.07 Carat unheated sapphire with a rare colour change effect. Changing colour depending on the light its viewed in. Very rare for natural gemstones, especially Sapphire.

Changes colour from a greyish green in white daylight to a purple in incandescent or artificial light. Very rare and stunning to see. Not been noted by GIA but clearly colour change as the photos show.

Certified by GIA confirming stone as natural and untreated.

This sapphire has excellent clarity, a very clean stone. Only has very small inclusions on closer inspection.

It also has a very good oval cut and polish to show great shine and colour, would look lovely in a piece of high end jewellery.

A fine, top grade, certified untreated colour change sapphire. Very rare gemstone.
