Natural Octagon Emerald Cut Swiss Blue Topaz Gemstone.
17.14 Carat with a stunning bright Swiss blue colour and excellent clarity.
Also has an excellent fancy octagon cut and ideal polish to show great shine and colour, would look lovely in jewellery.

I took the stone to GIA for review. It turns out it's not Australian Sapphire. it's from Thailand the origin. The color's a darker blue compare to photos.
