Clean stone with nice fresh cutting so no abraded edges or chips. Nice cutting on this one with nice high luster. Really pretty blue spinel. Nice for a ring or pendant stone.  Has a cobalt blue color outside and a royal blue incandescent light.  I can check it if you ask to see if it is a color changer.  My guess is it is but I only check it after dark as my house is all windows.  

I like to post my stones at much reduced prices over other sellers.  Check it out and see for yourself.  I was trained by my wife to understand my money is made when I bargain with suppliers not when I sell the stone to my customers.   So this is where I get to sell at reduced prices for the best quality stones.  I only pick the best quality.  No cracks or obvious inclusions.   All my stones are eye clean or better.
