I've included three photos of the shone under UV light to show how it glows which indicate low iron content.
Nice brilliant reflection in this stone. VS to Si quality. Pavilion offset around 1 mm. Not easy to see unless you're looking through the camera at 10X power zoom. This is the kind of reflective cut that gets me excited to see. You just don't get it every stone you see. This is the quality of spinel I'd be putting in a ring for myself. The few slight problems it has are not oblivious and even I don't see it until its zoomed in my face. Not only that no other seller even would mention them like me. The reflection in this stone is second to none and the color is to die for! It is a low iron jedi type spinel from Luc Yen deposit. You can read the article by the famous field gemologist Vincent Pardieu on the naming of jedi spinel.

This is from Luc Yen Vietnam. This deposit is in the same marble deposit that occurs in Myanmar Burma. Luc Yen is only around 750 kms from the Man Sin deposit where the Jedi spinel came from. I see a some calling dim burgundy red spinel Jedi which couldn't be further from the truth. This is gorgeous looking spinel some typecast as jedi, it's slightly orangey pink red. Jedi has a pinkish orangey red glow as shown in the diagram below.
Luc Yen stones do not get heated. Spinel do not respond to treatments like sapphire although it's been tried in Burma where heating rubies has happened for 100's of years. So rest assured this stone is 100% natural and untreated.
Mined from under the rice fields in the alluvial gravels in the shallow valley near the original marble deposit. Rubies and sapphire are also associated with this deposit similar to the Burma deposit. I'm was a geologist before I became a gem enthusiast/gemologist. My business plan is to bring the better quality gemstones to my customers at a better more fair price.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a person is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on behalf of the bidder, incrementally increasing the bid up to the maximum to maintain their position as the highest bidder.
When there is an icon indicating 'Automatic Bid', it means our system is actively placing bids for the bidder based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if bidders are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the bidders maximum limit.
