Any gem, rock or mineral we carry can be certified, many already are. Many have certifications that are initiated by our suppliers. Many of our suppliers are certified graduate gemologists and some have their doctorate degrees in relevant fields.

We sell only natural, earth mined gems of the highest quality as available and we get first choice with many cutters and miners due to our bulk buys. We hand pick every gem and even our semi-precious cabochon selection we often go through over 1000 gems to find 1 or 2 unique and beautiful cabochons with the best color, polish, pattern and cut. We also sometimes buy rough and have gems cut to save our customers even more.


Payment via Paypal, Payments must be received within 24 HOURS of item close date. All orders are processed within 24 hours from payment, unless it is a custom order or otherwise specified. We ship to the shipping address you provide during the Gem Rock checkout and are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.International Payments are accepted Only by Paypal. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY

1. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via reputable international couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or equivalent tracked services.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local courier handling.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Import duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We have no control over customs decisions, tariff policies, or delays caused by customs authorities.

Failure to pay customs duties or complete clearance procedures may result in:

• Delayed delivery

• Return of the package

• Confiscation by customs

We are not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.

3. Shipping Protection & Insurance

If express or insured shipping is selected at checkout, coverage will be handled according to the courier’s insurance policy.

If standard shipping without insurance is selected, the buyer accepts the associated risk.

We are not responsible for loss, delay, or seizure of uninsured shipments once dispatched.

4. Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

• Failure to pay customs duties

• Failure to complete customs clearance

• Incorrect address provided by the buyer

• Refusal to accept delivery

The buyer remains responsible for:

• All shipping costs

• Return shipping charges

• Customs charges incurred upon re-entry

• Any additional reshipping fees

Returned packages must be physically received by us before any refund is processed.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are marked “returned” but have not been delivered back to us.

5. Return Shipments (Customer-Initiated Returns)

If a buyer chooses to return an item:

• The return shipment is the buyer’s responsibility.

• The item must be securely packaged and fully insured.

• The buyer is responsible for ensuring successful delivery back to us.

If a return shipment is lost, seized, or held in customs, it remains the buyer’s responsibility until safely delivered to us.

6. High-Value Items

For high-value gemstones and jewelry, we strongly recommend express insured shipping.

We reserve the right to upgrade shipping methods for security reasons.
