Parcel of 12, Oval, Yellow Sapphires approximately 4x3mm (+/-), Recycled/Reclaimed.

Nice bright stones that are fairly well matched for colour, quality, size and shape, with a little variation.

Gemstone: Natural Corundum, Sapphire.

Colour: Slightly Orangy Yellow.

Clarity: Eye Clean to better.

Location/Origin: Unknown.

Treatment: Heat Treated, with the possibility of Beryllium Diffusion. No obvious signs of Be or high temperature treatment.

Additional Notes: There is a very slight amount of chipping to facet edges visible under magnification, which is better than expected for recycled gems.
