This is a rare natural sapphire crystal cluster embedded in its original white feldspar matrix, accompanied by black mica (biotite). These specimens come directly from the Blue Jay Sapphire Mine, a private claim nestled in the mountains of Revelstoke, British Columbia a locality not currently represented anywhere else on GemRockAuctions.
