A prestigious gem of this caliber represents not only beauty, but also rarity and investment value, endorsed by one of the highest recognitions in the gemstone world.
Certification:
GRS Prestigious Platinum Rarity Award
GRS Appendix :
“GRS Laboratories examined a 5.02 ct natural ruby, described in report number [GRSXXX-XXXXXX], that demonstrates very good characteristics worthy of a dedicated mention.
This important ruby is distinguished by a very rare combination of size, a fine intense to vivid red color variety (GRS-type Pigeon’s Blood), very good brilliance and transparency, and well-balanced proportions.
Analytical and advanced testing traces the origin of this gemstone to the mines of Mozambique, the mining area currently producing the largest and most significant rubies. The fascinating internal world of classic Mozambican ruby inclusions can be witnessed in this particular gemstone. At the time of testing, it was concluded that the gemstone was spared from thermal enhancement.
The combination of very good attributes that this ruby displays was concluded to be important. The intense to vivid red color radiates harmoniously in tone and color saturation. A high degree of lapidary craftsmanship adds value to the nature of this gemstone.
Untreated rubies of such size and high quality are very rare.
