Tanzanite is the blue-to-violet variety of the mineral zoisite, discovered only in northern Tanzania, near Mount Kilimanjaro. Its mesmerizing color — a mix of blue, violet, and sometimes burgundy — has made it one of the most sought-after modern gemstones.
It was officially named “Tanzanite” by Tiffany & Co. in 1968, after its country of origin.
Origin
Primary (and only significant) source:
Merelani Hills, near Arusha, Tanzania — the only known location where gem-quality tanzanite is mined.
This limited geographic origin makes Tanzanite about 1,000 times rarer than diamond.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a person is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on behalf of the bidder, incrementally increasing the bid up to the maximum to maintain their position as the highest bidder.
When there is an icon indicating 'Automatic Bid', it means our system is actively placing bids for the bidder based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if bidders are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the bidders maximum limit.

Your listing states "No Treatment" for Tanzanite, but industry standard requires Tanzanite to default to "Heated" unless proven otherwise.
