NegativeI ordered a 3.7ct parcel of sapphire rounds from gemsera. I selected fedex 7day shipping, it took gemsera A FULL MONTH to just create a shipping order. Absolutely inexcusable. I will and have avoided this vendor like the plague. Zero professionalism here.
