Prehnite is very, very seldom cut because 99% of the crystals found are opaque in clarity and not clear enough to cut, unlike this translucent gem. Phenite is a very elusive gem that is highly coveted by collectors world wide! This stone is incredible as it displays translucent clarity that is almost unheard of with this type of gem.
