Any item may be returned for refund within 2 days of receipt, it can be seen from our records tracking ID.If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item and receive a full refund of the winning price without shipping costs (after i received the stone).The stones are damaged (Broken, crack and others) caused by the buyer, can not be returned for any reason.
