Natural Mined Ruby
Comments:~ I really like this stone and found it very difficult to photograph. The pictures were taken in ordinary sunlight (bright light) and in shadow. It is a dark maroon, but has inside it a gorgeous true Ruby fire and is semi translucent with surface reaching inclusions. It has a deep resonant hand held appearance and Cherry color. Most Rubies are glass clarity enhanced as this one is also as well as heated.) I think it worked beautifully and because of its translucency I would set it into a ring or pendant to be enjoyed.
