Blue lace Agate, found in the quiet isolation of the African desert was first uncovered in the early 1960's by an American prospector who lived in Springbok, South Africa. Apply named blue lace because of the blue, lavender laced color.
These agates are found in vein deposits with dolomite in the district of Karasburg, Namibia.
