Save money on shipping by combining purchases. We do not charge extra for combining items if they are all purchased within the first 7 days of the first purchase. At the time the first item is purchased, please notify us that you wish to combine shipping.

INSURANCE

Although insurance is optional it is recommended. Parcels are sent via registered post requiring a signature and tracking number. If you request a different form of sending that does not require tracking and signature, the insurance will not apply even if it is paid for.

There is always a small risk when sending parcels that they may get lost or the contents damaged, in the event that you opt out of paying insurance you acknowledge and assume all risks whatever they may entail.

In the event you do include insurance, the insurance covers the cost of the items purchased. It does not cover the cost of posting or the insurance cost.

If an item purchased can be replaced with the same or similar then the insurance will cover this option. If the item can not be replaced then a refund will be made only after all other options have been exhausted.

SHIPPING

We ship to most countries and only to a Pay Pal confirmed address. If you have any doubts please contact us for confirmation prior to bidding.

Our standard shipping is via Registered Post with a tracking number. Registered Post takes longer than regular post. The average delivery time is 14-21 working days.

We will send your purchase within 48 hours of receipt of confirmed payment, except on weekends, public holidays, or postal strikes. Items are shipped from Greece

of the purchaser. This includes any Import Duties, Sales Tax, customs fees, etc

RETURNS and REFUNDS

In the event our item is grossly misrepresented in the description or arrives, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

If you are unsatisfied and wish to return the item you must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you notify us that you wish to return the item we will send further instructions.

Item must be returned along with all original packaging sent with a tracking number so that you can track that I have received it.

Buyer will pay for return shipping, once the item is received and nothing is missing the refund will be made through PayPal only.
