Gorgeous looking cutting on this huge gem quality eye clean tourmaline from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Many top color and quality stones are coming from this area now and my Afghan suppliers tell me some of it is higher quality than top Afghan material which traditionally was considered the world's best.

Check out this for cut.   Huge size and eye clean.  Looking quickly with the loupe not sure I see anything more than slight rutile needles only at an angle.   The video and photos are highly magnified and you can judge the clarity.  For tourmaline this is very rare in this size.   Especially in this color.
